The Essence of My Being, represents a significant milestone in my personal growth and was primarily lived and written in August 2007, in Armação de Pêra.

Through these words I leave to you, I seek to explore the sublime parallel that exists between Love and the Sea, both essential to Life, both an integral part of it, both the Essence of My Being.
